He has been with district 15 A for five years. he said he likes field work, but he dislikes dogs. "They can sense when people are nervous," he saiud. atkins was a criminal justice major at UNC-Wilmington. He completed an internship with probation while in school and decided that's what he wanted to do for a living. |
