Fountain CCW inmates to clean trash from Tar River Reservoir ROCKY MOUNT – Inmates from the Fountain Correctional Center for Women will be working during the coming weeks to assist the City of Rocky Mount in cleaning trash and debris from the banks of the Tar River Reservoir. Low water levels in the reservoir have exposed a large amount of trash along its banks. Inmate crews will begin cleanup work Monday Sept. 17.
