Additional names added to list of affected inmates

Seven additional names have been added to the list of inmates that could be affected by the State v. Bowden case in 2009.

At this time, all inmates affected by the Bowden decision will remain in prison. These inmates are still eligible for annual parole reviews.

The additional inmates are:

Tommy Yancey #0455976
Benny R. Herndon #0179989
Victor Foust #0134021

The Department of Correction is working to notify victims of these additional offenders. Victims of these crimes who have not yet been contacted by a DOC representative are asked to call the DOC Office of Victim Services at 1-866-719-0108.
