Message From OSDT

The Office of Staff Development and Training, since its inception, has served as the cornerstone of the North Carolina Department of Correction. We provide training for all of its staff across the entire spectrum of the agency. Employees from entry level to seasoned veterans have found avenues available for increased effectiveness through training.
