Training Procedures

This block of instruction is traditionally done in a four hour block of instruction, but is also offered on the Train The Trainer level. The training provides the trainee with a clear understanding of the North Carolina Department of Correction Policy and the Prevention and Elimination of Unlawful Workplace Harassment or harassment of any kind. This training also addresses the Complaint Procedure, EEOI Guidelines and related information. Emphasis is placed on Sexual Harassment because of the historical frequency of this problem.
