EVIDENCE BASED PRACTICES |
The goal in North Carolina for Division of Community Corrections is to use practices that have been empirically tested and have been shown to reduce recidivism among offenders. The emphasis will be in using evidence based practices to meet our overall goal; no new crime and no new victims.
