
| The Division of Community Correction continues to provide support and technical assistance to all state-recognized adult Drug Treatment Court (DTC) through the supervision and case management of enrolled offenders. Additional support is provided through involvement on the state DTC Advisory Committee. |

There are 27 Probation Officers assigned to DTC
During FY 2006-2007
1,565 adult criminal, juvenile delinquents and parent respondents were served in 34 adult, juvenile and family drug treatment courts in 24 counties
502 discharged adult participants attended court 4,323 times or 92% of the time
502 discharged adult participants attended 29,991 AA/NA meetings times or 82% of the time.
502 adults discharged were tested for drugs/alcohol 20,823 times. 73% tested positive at least once. Average clean time was 292 days.
63% of adult DTC participants remained in treatment for six months or more (37% for more than one year)
Adult DTC participants received 43,434 hours of treatment and attended 85% of all ordered treatment
83% of successful FDTC "graduates" were reunified with their child(ren)
