If an agreement is not reached in Step (1) Mediation, the employee will be issued the "Step (2) Appeal Rights" Form that contains information on how to file at Step (2). To file at Step (2), please follow the below instructions:

|Timeframe for Filing Step (2) Appeal||Appeals must be received within 10 calendar days after the employee signs the "Step (2) Appeal Rights" form.||Appeals must be received within 15 calendar days after the employee signs the "Step (2) Appeal Rights" form.|
