Harris and the HelpDesk staff are responsible for the Division=s
daily technical operations. They provide the DCC field staff with
navigational support and training for OPUS and other Web-based
applications. The HelpDesk is liaison between DCC and MIS to ensure
smooth operations and system enhancements. |
