Prison Program Description: Facility Orientation
| Purpose | The Facility Orientation is designed to assist the newly arrived inmate in adjusting to the assigned prison. The program provides newly arrived inmates with an explanation of facility rules and regulations, program opportunities, work assignments, visitation procedures, medical services, and other relevant information. |
| Criteria for Participation | All inmates arriving at a facility are provided facility orientation. |
| Program Operation |
The facility orientation is provided within three days arrival at the facility. |
