Nancy Wilder, Don Rouse and Glenn Perry make up the Employee Relations sction, which is responsible for consulting with managers regarding policies and procedures on numerous employee related issues including discipline and the Americans with Disabilities Act. The three are familiar faces to employees who have seen their prisons closed. Wilder, Rouse and Perry worked tirelessly, meeting each employee to help find comparable jobs and reassign them to other nearby prisons. Seven prisons closed in the past two months. | Cindy Davis has worked in a number of jobs since 1978 when she first started with DOC. She became the disability and retirement program manager four years ago. She helps employees who are applying for disability and retirement benefits. | Ruth Dupree was instrumental in establishing the five regional employment offices and is now their operations manager. She is called when needed to assist in questions about recruiting, salary administration and position controls. Dupree started with State Personnel in 1960. She worked part-time for seven years when her daugher, Tammy, was born. |
