| With a degree from Agnes Scott College in psychology, Laura Britt, took a job as an office assistant for DOC personnel. She coordinates the state employees incentive bonus program and the alcohol and drug testing of employees who have a commercial driver's license. | Chief of Classification Frank Rogers is dearly loved by his staff. One employee said he is knowledgeable and easy to work with, delegating work instead of micro-managing. He oversees job classification studies throughout the department. He said he has enjoyed most every day of his 22 years with the Department. "I hope the work proves to be of benefit to employees and managers in providing needed services," he said. | George Hedrick came to DOC seven years ago. He is a personnel analyst in the classification section. He is responsible for classification and salary administration in all the custody, food service, maintenance and programs jobs within DOP. | |
