 A former parole case analyst and NCCIW guidance counselor, Gwen Whitsell has spent more than 25 years with DOC. She became a personnel analyst in 1987 and works mostly with medical, psychological, educational and human services classes. |
 Becky Wells, Cindy Hardison and Kim Denning are the ones who do separations and retirements, taking people off payroll permanently, whether they retire, quit or take long-term disability. The three conduct aggregate service and separation training. They say they enjoy helping employees in the field. |
