She is the operations manager, directly supervising four people who ensure that employment policies and procedures are being adhered to. | Darlene Yost is a staff development technician working with violence in the workplace issues, merit-based hiring and employment interviewing. | Barry Rosch is a classification specialist with special emphasis on compensation. Off the job, he spent five years writing Lutwaffe Codes, Markings and Units 1939-1945. His book, published five years ago, reveals how the German Air Force designated codes and classified units during World War II. Rosch is also an expert sailor, living three years abroad sailing a yacht in the Caribbean. | All leaves, including military, child involvement, vacation and sick leave go through Phyllis Perry who interprets policy for managers and employees. She trains supervisors and benefit representatives on voluntary shared leave and family medical leave. To relax, she grows vegetables on one acre of her husband's 600-acre farm. |
