The Research and Planning Home Page includes a glossary. Terms which might be unfamiliar to you are linked to entries within the glossary. The glossary provides an explanation of each of these terms.

If a term is unclear to you, it's probably unclear to someone else. Send us your suggestions for new glossary terms.
