Why does your page look so "messed up" in my web browser?

Our Web Site uses HTML(Hypertext Markup Language) Tags that your browser does not recognize.

The Research and Planning Home Page can be viewed best in Netscape Navigator or Microsoft's Internet Explorer.

Known Problems

1. Tables do not display IBM Web Explorer v1.01. You may wish to download a new version of the Web Explorer from http://www.raleigh.ibm.com/WebExplorer/.
2. Frames do not display in:
   • IBM Web Explorer v1.01x.
   • Microsoft Internet Explorer v2.0.
3. Our Image Maps do not work in IBM Web Explorer v1.01x.
