The Office of State Controller, the Office of Information Technology Systems, and State Purchase and Contract have joined forces with Accenture (a computer consulting firm) to bring E-Procurement to the State of North Carolina.  Many hours have been dedicated by Department of Correction staff to be trained for E-Procurement startup.  For information regarding E-Procurement, visit the following web address:

 A Vendor can also register in Vendor Link, a database provided by State Purchase and Contract. This application actually sends Vendors an e-mail message when a bid of interest is posted.  The registering Vendor selects commodity codes to identify bids of interest.  That web address is:

If you have not registered as a Vendor on E-Procurement or Vendor Link , please do so as soon as possible.
