Bill Moss is a Probation and Parole Officer II and is serving as the officer in charge for Pasquotank County while Chief Katherine Cartwright is out on FMLA leave. Moss worked at Currituck Correctional Center for two years before joining DCC four years ago. He said since Pasquotank County is so close to Virginia, they get a lot of out-of-state cases. | Tonya Stallings(left) is a PPO I in Pasquotank County. She is currently planning the NCPPA fall conference for Division 1 which will be held in Dare County. Kelli Robeson is a PPO II. She worked at Womens Prison in Raleigh and at Currituck Correctional Center before becoming a probation officer in Pasquotank County. She is the community policing coordinator for Pasquotank and is working on a program where judges and district attorneys will ride along with the probation officers to see what its like out on the streets. |
