| Turkey and pastry is spooned into a tray and placed on the serving line. Correction staff supervise the inmates, teaching them to cook, inspecting the quality of meals and making sure the kitchen remains clean. The kitchen crew will eat first and then serve the meal to the prison's other inmates. |
