join in community policing - Page 1

	In a briefing at the Raleigh police station, police and probation officers get instructions on a Mobile Operation Vice Enforcement or license checkpoint they'll conduct at the intersection of South and West streets near downtown Raleigh.
	Probation officers arrive at the checkpoint site and equip themselves for the three hour operation. Police and probation officers work closely together talking with motorists and checking their identification.
