Mike Daniels has spent three years as a state employee. He loves being able to help others, and to know, "that these guys can get out and stay out without reverting back to old behaviors. Sometimes they listen," Daniels said with a wide grin. Bill Henry talks to inmate peer counselors about confidentiality issues. Wayne Correctional Center is the hub for training inmate counselors for other state Dart programs. The philosophy on the chalk board is, "Any man may make a mistake; none but a fool will persist." Henry came to DART after serving 21 years in the U.S. Air Force, retiring as a master sergeant. "I have the best job in DART," Henry said.
